Well Empty House Syndrome .... Liam is at his home with my daughter - he did stay weekend he had a quick cooking lesson for cajun chicken now all chuffed with his self.
Son and Daughter in law have arrived safely in Mexico, so wilf and i are cracking on with getting the ensuite in their room finished our little surprise for them.
And ME ughh i have the lurgies - not sure who gave it to me but i could shoot them
Im doing extra at work and feel like death warmed up ... guess its lucky i work in a hospital (not that theyre any help :/
As i said before art exhibition coming up i have managed to do some but not enough i have 18 days left :/

Plus despite illness i also have to crack on with the DIET
Its just not working ive tried all sorts this last 6 months - i cant remember the last time i had chocolate or cheese or crisps etc my bread consumption is down i should be looking like twiggy plus all that running up and down flights of stairs at work - WTF very disappointed and dont know what to do :(
but not giving up !
Our drama of the day is a extra visitor we have had in the house (due to the dirties next door ) poison (despite eating tons of it ) has had no effect so took drastic action and snap went the trap tonight - wasnt nice but our interloper has been evicted
Smile of the week was Black guy busking in the underpass singing Stand by me (but bob marley style :/ ummm ) little 90yr old wrinkly fluffy white haired granny along with shopping trolley - clicking her fingers and waving her hands about and rocking her trolley to the music LMAO !
well thats it for tonight im off to try and get some sleep between the cough attacks its gonna be a long day tomorrow :/
