Thank you to my friends and followers for popping by and their lovely comments,during my previous rant of my usual huge pile of crap im hoping for good blogging to follow x:)
Weather here in uk has been unusally lovely and sunny very cold brrrrrrr but beautiful sunshine makes a huge difference.
Driving home from work we had a purple sky and the sun shone from behind me on with a golden glow over the autumn colours of the trees and fields and was SOOOOOO beautiful i cant even begin to describe to you, i really wish i had a camera but from now on im gonna try to remember to take one it was sooo beautiful i had to stop and try and take in the stunning view - when you see things like that it makes you realise how wonderful it is to be alive despite all the crap that surrounds us we have a stunningly beautiful world!
Diet not doing to well but despite this i have lost a few 1/2 lbs over the weeks and finally back down into the next stone :) and only 1/2 off my first 1/2 stone, however :( in saying that ive so so had a bad week - self sabotage i guess, what made me do the bingey thing think it may be for relief of the previous weeks of stress im back to it now though and plodding on hoping to much damage has not been done !
Gonna have a look for some pics see to brighten the blog and maybe given a second chance i will capture that stunning scene i was privileged to witness the other day in the mean time here are some local views where i live in England x
